He has not only performed at the executive level of a large HVAC company, but is also a highly skilled individual who is well-experienced in accurately estimating and securing projects, as well as project management. Brad excels at efficiently coordinating resources to ensure timely completion of projects in a profitable manner, while cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships. He brings with him a front-line, in-depth knowledge garnered from more than 2 decades of experience in all aspects of the industry, giving him considerable insight into the industry’s local market dynamics. He is assisted by his wife, Lucresha Hauck, who has more than 15 years of office management experience.
